Project management in Information Technology projects differs in
significant ways from project management in other disciplines.
This workshop is designed to teach participants the specific
skills needed to manage Information Technology projects
effectively and successfully. The course will focus on planning
the project, defining objectives and deliverables properly, and
change management—those areas that create the greatest risk for
successful IT projects. |
