Human Resources Practice Group Head

As the HR Practice Group Head, you will be responsible for managing and further developing our firm's HR solutions offering that include:

• General HR Management

• HR Management Audit

• HR Strategy & Planning

• Organization Development

• Organization Culture Development

• Recruitment, Selection & Assessment

• Training & Development

• Performance management

• Compensation & Benefits Management

• Employee Relations

• Labour Relations

• Community Relations

• HRIS

The Candidate

• Male / Female between 45 to 55 years

• Holds a Master or PhD degree in relevant area of expertise from a reputable university

• Has held senior management position in relevant area of expertise

• Has high integrity and achievement motivation

• Has expert level competencies and experience in HR management & organization development and full understanding of a range of HR solutions including Shared Services / BPO and ERP solutions.

• Has worked in an advisory capacity and is comfortable working at all top management levels

• Has demonstrable track record of consultancy sales and relationship development with blue-chip clients and will bring with a strong network of senior level contacts.

• Has considerable experience in building and leading successful teams of consultants and in developing a consultancy practice.

• Fluent English verbal and written
